From the South :- M1 or A1. (A64 can get very busy) Carry on A1 to J49 sp A168 Thirsk. Take A170 sp Thirsk Scarborough. Turn left at roundabout then right at next. Follow A170 turning right at the roundabout in Helmsley then 5 mins after Kirkbymoorside pass signs for Sinnington; Wrelton is on the left after you drop down the hill. Turn left into the village, pass the Buck Inn on the left and turn immediately left towards Cropton and after ½ mile Loand House Court can be seen on the hillside ahead (Red Roofs). The driveway is on the left as the road climbs, a few metres beyond Coppice Lane on the left.

From the East :- Follow A170, straight on at the roundabout in Pickering. Carry straight on through Pickering and then the villages of Middleton and Aislaby. Just as you leave Aislaby, after entering the national speed limit take the turning on the right to Wrelton. In Wrelton village the road bends round to the right. Follow this road towards Cropton and after ½ mile Loand House Court can be seen on the hillside ahead (Red Roofs). The driveway is on the left as the road climbs, a few metres beyond Coppice Lane on the left.

From the North/North West :- A1 South take J49 sp A168 Thirsk. Turn left at end of slip road, then take 1^st exit at roundabout and 2^nd exit at next roundabout onto A168 dual carriageway. Then follow directions as above taking A170 sp Thirsk Scarborough.
